• Facilities are available to members and regular attendees.
• A 30-day notice is required when booking events.
• Facilities are not booked until a deposit is received.
• KokomoNaz will respond in a timely manner to event requests once the form has been submitted.
• A contract agreement will be emailed upon approval.
